Corps Meeting Minutes Date: February 15, 2026 1. What Is Going Well • Lunch program continues to run smoothly. • Wednesday night music activities are successful. • Doxology participation and engagement remain strong. 2. Current Status Music & Programs • Band: o We officially have a band. o Beginner Band is active and serving as an outreach pathway for families. • Sunday School: o Two active Sunday school classes. o New youth attendee joined recently. • Bible Studies & Ministries: o Men’s Bible Study is active. o Women’s Ministry continues strong engagement. 3. Vision: Where We Are Going Music • Increase band participation on Sunday mornings. • Explore formation of a Praise & Worship Band. • Begin a Songsters troop. • Introduce Timbrels.
